摘要 胃癌患者的预后依赖于能否得到早期诊断。挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)是一类在常温下以气体形式存在的有机化合物。多项研究表明,胃癌患者呼气中VOCs成分会产生显著变化。应用高敏感度的仪器对呼气进行分析,可以在胃癌早期阶段发现疾病。该分析具有准确、简便和无创等优点,在胃癌的普查和诊断中有广阔的应用前景。文章对其在胃癌诊断中的应用进展进行综述。 Volatile organic compounds(VOCs) exist in gaseous form at room temperature. At present,more and more scholars pay attention to the breath analysis to diagnose cancer. A number of studies have shown that VOCs in exhalation of the patients will produce significant changes after the occurrence of gastric cancer. High sensitivity instruments can be used to diagnose early gastric cancer, and the prognosis of gastric cancer depends on the early diagnosis. Breath analysis is an accurate,simple and noninvasive test, so it is suitable for gastric cancer screening and early diagnosis.
