This paper expounds the importance of laboratory- internal quality control in labo- ratory operation. According to the link of laboratory quality assurance system, seven quality control points are derived. The characteristics of each key point are analyzed, and the appropriate methods are used to control it. Thus the whole system of the laboratory is effectively controlled and the norreal operation of the laboratory system is ensured.
