摘要
目的探究甲泼尼龙联合沙丁胺醇及布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘临床效果。方法选取我院2016年3月~2017年4月收治的108例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组各54例,对照组患者予以沙丁胺醇及布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合甲泼尼龙治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、症状改善时间、治疗前后肺功能指标变化、不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率为98.15%,高于对照组87.04%,且患者症状改善时间短于对照组,治疗后肺功能指标优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率为1.85%,与对照组相当3.70%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲泼尼龙联合沙丁胺醇及布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘临床效果良好,患者症状改善,恢复良好,不良反应少,安全可靠,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of methylprednisolone combined with salbutamol and budesonide inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 108 cases of bronchial asthma treated in our hospital in April -2017 March 2016 were selected as the research object,and the atients were divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with salbutamol and budesonide inhalation, and the observation group was combined with the control group on the basis of the treatment. Nylon treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, symptom improvement time,lung function changes before and after treatment, adverse reactions.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.15%, higher than that of the control group(87.04%),and the symptom improvement time of the patients was shorter than that of the control group.The pulmonary function index after treatment was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 1.85%,which was 3.70%,lower,and the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05).Conclusion Methylprednisolone combined with salbutamol and budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma has a good clinical effect, improved symptoms, good recovery,less adverse reactions, safe and reliable,and worth popularizing.
