The Study on the Construction of Utopia in Can Xue's Novel The Gift of the Earth Mother

残雪在长篇小说《黑暗地母的礼物》中建构的以逻各斯为中心的乌托邦,既是一种语言乌托邦,又是每个人都可到达的精神乌托邦。小说中乌托邦的时空位置因植根于人的意念而相当游离。表面上看,这种"解构"使乌托邦更显虚幻,但事实上却从侧面印证了"精神乌托邦"的可实现性。另外,作为乌托邦思想家的残雪,在小说中的每个人物身上都投射了"自我",并通过人物的精神探索之旅来表达自己的文学(哲学)观念。在强大的逻各斯指引下,残雪并未在自我探索中迷失,而是建构了如纪念碑谷式的、属于她自己的图腾。

In the novel The Gift of the Earth Mother,Can Xue constructs a utopia which is concentrated on logos. It is a utopia of language and spiritual that everyone can reach. The space-time of the utopia is flexible because it is based on the characters＇ mind. It seems that the destruction makes the utopia more illusory,but in fact,it confirms being realizable of itself. In addition,as a utopian thinker,Can Xue project herself on each character in the novel,she expresses her literary and philosophical ideas through the characters＇ self-exploration. Under the guidance of logos,Can Xue does not get lost but builds her own totem which is like a monumental valley.
