国内近十年来关于大学生职业生涯规划的研究现状及趋势分析——基于对CNKI 2008—2017年的481篇文献的计量学分析

The Current Research on Career Planning of College Students in China in the Late Decade:Based on a Bibliometric Analysis of 481 articles of CNKI from 2008 to 2017

为了解近十年来我国关于大学生职业生涯规划的研究热点和趋势,以2008年至2017年载于核心期刊的320篇期刊文献和161篇硕士论文为研究对象,基于文献计量学的方法,对发文量、主要研究机构、核心作者、研究热点等进行统计与分析,得到了如下结论:我国关于大学生职业生涯规划的研究成熟度较低,"农、科、财、师"类院校是研究的主体;当前研究热点包括职业生涯规划的教育(辅导)及其课程、影响因素、现状、途径、对策、问题、启示及思想政治教育等,未来将继续针对思想政治教育这一手段、大学生就业这一旨归及高职院校这一研究场域深入研究。建议高校应与社会各部门联动,加强实效性研究;重点院校应加强对这一研究领域的影响力;大学生职业生涯规划的研究内涵应进一步扩大。

In order to understand the research hot spots and trends of China career planning for college students in the late decade,this paper uses 320 journal articles published in core journals and 161 master thesis articles from 2008 to 2017 as research objects. Based on bibliometrics methods,the statistics and analysis of the number of published articles,major research institutes,core authors,and research hot spots,this writer has the following conclusions. The maturity of this research is relatively low and agricultural,financial and normal colleges/universities are the subjects of research; the current research hot spots include career planning education（ counselling） and its curriculum,influencing factors,status,approaches,countermeasures,problems,implications,and ideological/political education. In the future,we will continue to focus on the ideological/political education,employment of college students and higher vocational colleges. Suggestions for future research include that colleges and universities should be linked with various sectors of society to strengthen the effectiveness of research,key universities should strengthen their influence on this research field,and that the connotation of this field needs further expanding.
