Application of hierarchical structure in holistic nursing mode in cardiology ward

目的:观察层搭建护理模式在心内科病房中的应用效果。方法:选择2011年1月至2013年12月焦作市第二人民医院心内科全体护士(层级搭建护理模式实施前)和2014年1月至2016年12月焦作市第二人民医院心内科全体护士(层级搭建护理模式实施后)作为研究对象。比较层级搭建护理模式实施前后患者护理满意度、院内感染率、褥疮发生率、护理差错率、护理纠纷率和护理服务质量评分。结果:层级搭建护理模式实施后,患者院内感染率、褥疮发生率、护理差错率、护理纠纷率均显著低于层级搭建护理模式实施前;患者对查房服务、静脉穿刺服务、静脉输液服务、夜巡服务、疑问解答服务、入院接待、护士仪表举止、住院健康宣教和服务态度的满意度评分均显著高于层级搭建护理模式实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:层级搭建护理模式在心内科病房实施后的效果优于层级搭建护理模式实施前。

Objective： To explore application effects of hierarchical structure in holistic nursing mode of cardiology ward. Methods： All the nurses （before the implementation of the hierarchical structure in holistic nursing mode） from January 2011 to December 2013 and all the nurses （after the implementation of the hierarchical structure in holistic nursing mode） from January 2014 to December 2016 in the department of cardiology of the second people＇s hospital of Jiaozuo were selected as the study objects. The patient nursing satisfaction rate, nosocomial infection rate, bedsore incidence, nursing error rate, nursing dispute rate, and nursing service quality score were compared before and after the implementation of the hierarchical structure in holistic nursing mode. Results： After the implementation of the hierarchical structure in holistic nursing mode, the nosocomial infection rate, bedsore incidence, nursing error rate and nursing dispute rate were all significantly lower than those before the implementation of the hierarchical structure in holistic nursing mode. The satisfaction scores of the patients on the services of ward round, venipuncture, intravenous infusion, night watching, question answering service, hospitalization reception, nurses＇ appearance and behaviors, hospitalization health education and service attitude after the implementation of the hierarchical structure in holistic nursing mode were significantly higher than those before the implementation of the hierarchical structure in holistic nursing mode. All the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： The hierarchical structure in holistic nursing mode of cardiology ward is more effective to the department of cardiology.
