摘要
项目位于青岛市,由两个塔楼及下部商业裙楼组成的大底盘多塔楼结构,属于超大体量复杂高层建筑,存在错层、扭转不规则、竖向不规则、楼板不连续、局部转换等不规则项。文中主要介绍该类建筑结构设计中的几个关键问题的计算分析及对应措施,可供类似项目设计者参考。
A project located in Qingdao City is a multi-tower structure with enlarged base at the bottom. It＇s composed of two tower-buildings and lower commercial podium. And it＇s a super complex high-rise buildings with staggered floors,torsional irregularities,vertical irregularities,discontinuous floor slabs and local transfers,etc.. The article mainly introduces the calculation analysis and corresponding measures of several key problems in the design of this type of building structure and it could be references for similar design.
