改良型背栓开放式石材幕墙施工技术应用

Application of Improved Back Bolt Open Stone Curtain Wall Construction Technology

石材幕墙被越来越广泛地应用于建筑外墙装饰,其安装工艺要求也更高。某生产科研综合基地项目中,外立面设计大量采用背栓开放式石材幕墙,工期紧,质量要求高。介绍一种改良型背栓开放式石材幕墙施工技术的应用,通过借助BIM技术、激光扫描技术、对传统背栓式幕墙构造系统进行改良等方法,解决了以往深化设计、质量控制、防水效果等方面存在的问题,提高施工效率,可供类似工程施工时参考。

Stone curtain wall is more and more widely used in exterior wall decoration. Its installation process is also higher. In a project,the stone curtain wall with back bolt is widely used in facade design,with tight construction period and high quality requirement. This paper introduces the application of an improved construction technology for the open stone curtain wall. By means of BIM technology,laser scanning technology and the improvement of the traditional curtain wall structure system,the problems in the aspects of deepened design,quality control and waterproof effect are solved,and the construction efficiency can be improved,which can be a reference for the similar engineering construction.
