摘要
近年来,我国相继发生多起食品安全事件,在社会上造成了十分恶劣的影响,引发了建立食品安全体系的相关讨论。由于我国在食品安全方面还有没建立完善的信息管理体制,大量信息无法及时向民众公开,有严重的信息不对称现象,这种现象的存在进一步加深了食品安全舆论的危机。建立完善的食品追溯体系可以有效解决信息不对称和信息公开问题。本文通过分析目前我国食品体系中信息公开方面所存在的缺陷,研究以信息不对称为基础的食品追溯体系,并对其未来的发展进行分析。
In recent years, many food safety incidents have occurred in China, which has caused very bad effects in the society. This has led to discussions on establishing a food safety system. Since China has not established a sound information management system in terms of food safety, a large amount of information cannot be disclosed to the public in time, and there is a serious information asymmetry. The existence of this phenomenon has further deepened the crisis of food safety public opinion. The modern view holds that the establishment of a sound food traceability system can effectively solve the problem of information asymmetry and information disclosure. In this paper, we analyze the defects of information disclosure in China' s food system, and explore a method of food traceability based on information asymmetry, and analyze its future development. These studies have important significance for the development of food safety and the establishment of food traceability systems, and have good practical value.
