摘要 目的:分析高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定葡萄酒中白藜芦醇含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定葡萄酒中白藜芦醇含量,色谱柱,C_(18)柱;流动相,乙腈水;波长,306 nm。结果:葡萄酒中白藜芦醇线性范围0.227~45.003μg,检测限、定量限分别为0.074 7、0.228μg/mL,平均回收率为97.10%,RSD为2.25%;精密度试验RSD均<2.0%。结论:高效液相色谱法可作为葡萄酒中白藜芦醇含量的测定方法,其操作简单、准确度高,可在临床检验中推广使用。 Objective: To analyze the HPLC method for the determination of resveratrol in wine. Methods: The content of resveratrol in wine was determined by HPLC. Chromatographic column: C18 column, flowing phase: acetonitrile water, wavelength: 306 nm. Results: The linear range of resveratrol in wine was 0.227 - 45.003 μg, and the detection limit and quantitative limit were 0.074 7 and 0.228 μg/mL respectively, the average recovery rate was 97.10%, RSL) was 2.25%, and the precision test RSL) was less than 2%.. Conclusion: HPLC can be used to determine the content of resveratrol in wine.
