摘要
本文提出使用近红外光谱分析技术来对食品进行相关的安全检测,该技术有着极快的分析速度,而且在检测过程中不会损坏食品,操作简单,准确性高,其在当前食品安全检测行业有着广泛的应用。
This paper proposed the use of near infrared spectroscopy to detect the safety of food. This technology has a rapid analysis speed, and will not cause damage to food, simple operation and high accuracy in the process of detection. It has a wide application in the current food safety testing industry.
