摘要
本文主要论述瘦肉精对人体的伤害,并提出其检测方法,如感官识别法、化学分析法、检测卡快速筛查、酶联免疫法等,以保障食品安全。
This paper mainly discussed the harm of clenbuterol to the human body, and put forward its detection methods, such as sensory identification, chemical analysis, rapid screening test card, enzyme immunoassay and so on, in order to ensure food safety.
