摘要
以同株牛大力根、茎、薯部分为原料,采用超声波助溶法在不同乙醇浓度(0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、95%)对牛大力根、茎、薯的醇溶物成分中的黄酮、皂苷、生物碱进行研究。实验结果为:随着乙醇浓度的增大,牛大力根、茎、薯中黄酮、皂苷、生物碱溶出率均呈上升趋势,三者关系为根>薯>茎;不同乙醇浓度和根茎薯之间的差异均对黄酮、皂苷、生物碱溶出率呈非常显著性影响(P<0.01)。
The flavonoid, saponins and alkaloids of the alcohol soluble compounds of Millettiaspeciosa Champ roots, stems and tuber were studied by ultrasound-assisted in different ethanol concentrations (0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 95%). The results were as follows: with the increase of ethanol concentration, the flavonoid, saponins and alkaloid dissolution rates of the root, stem and tuber were all rising, the relationship between the three was root〉 tuber〉 stem, and the difference of ethanol concentration and rhizome tuber had a significant effect on the flavonoid, saponins and alkaloid dissolution rate (P 〈 0.01).
