摘要
近年来,随着居民生活水平的不断提升,人们对食品安全的要求也越来越高。食品检测是评估食品安全的重要手段,为了进一步提高食品检测效率和质量,需要不断学习掌握最先进的食品检测技术。液相色谱法作为一项高效、精确、快速的检测技术,在食品检测中的应用十分广泛。本文介绍液相色谱法的基本原理,然后对液相色谱法在食品营养成分、食品添加剂和食品农药残留检测中的应用进行重点分析,以此指导食品检测工作。
In recent years, with the improvement of living standards, the demand for food safety is higher. Food inspection is an important method to evaluate food safety. To improve the efficiency and quality of food inspection, we need to keep learning the most advanced food inspection technology. As an efficient, accurate and rapid inspection technology, liquid chromatography is widely used in food inspection. This paper first introduces the basic principles of liquid chromatography, then analyzes the application of liquid chromatography in food nutrients, food additives and food pesticide residuesinspection, in order to guide food inspection work.
