Effects of Drying Methods on the Quality of Artemisiae Argyi Folium

摘要 目的研究艾叶有效物质含量与常用干燥方式(阴干或晒干)的关系,为保障艾叶品质提供合适的干燥方法。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法,以芹菜素为对照品,测定艾叶总黄酮含量;采用2015年版《中国药典(四部)》方法测定艾叶挥发油和鞣质含量;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱法初步比较样品70%甲醇提取液的谱峰特征。结果艾叶阴干样品中有效物质挥发油、总黄酮和鞣质的含量均显著高于晒干样品,其HPLC指纹图谱研究结果也支持这一结论。结论阴干方式更有利于艾叶有效物质的保持,建议艾叶采收后进行阴干处理。 Objective To study the relationship between the content of effective ingredients of Artemisiae Argyi Folium and the common drying methods( drying in the shade or in the sun),in order to provide a reasonable drying method to ensure quality of Artemisiae Argyi Folium. Methods The content of total flavonoids of Artemisiae Argyi Folium was determined by ultraviolet-visible( UV) spectrophotometry with apigenin as reference substance and apigenin as reference substance. The contents of volatile oil and tannins were determined by the methods in Chinese Pharmacopoeia( 2015 edition,Volume Ⅳ). The chromatogram peaks characteristics of 70%methanol extracts of the samples were compared by the HPLC fingerprint method. Results The contents of effective ingredients such as volatile oil,total flavonoids and tannins of Artemisiae Argyi Folium samples dried in shade were obviously higher than those of the samples dried in sun. The results of HPLC fingerprint analysis also preliminary supported this conclusion. Conclusion It is more beneficial to keep the effective ingredients of Artemisiae Argyi Folium by drying in shade. It is suggested that Artemisiae Argyi Folium should be dried in shade after harvest in order to ensure its quality.
