摘要
目的建立附子及炮制品中双酯型生物碱的近红外快速检测方法。方法采用近红外光谱技术,以高效液相色谱法测定附子及其炮制品中双酯型生物碱含量为基础,建立附子及其炮制品中双酯型生物碱的定量分析模型。结果所建立的定量分析模型中,决定系数(R^2)及校正集校正均方根差(RMSEC)为99.38和5.56;验证集样品的R^2及预测均方根误差(RMSEE)为98.24和8.18。结论该方法简便、快速、无污染,可用于附子及炮制品中双酯型生物碱含量的快速测定。
Objective To establish a near infrared spectroscopy( NIR) method for rapid content determination of diester-type alkaloid in Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata and its processed products. Methods The NIR was used to establish the quantitative analysis model of diester-type alkaloid in Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata and its processed products based on the content determination of diester-type alkaloid in Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata and its processed products by HPLC. Results In the established quantitative analysis model,the coefficient of determination( R^2) and the corrected root mean square error( RMSEC) of correction set were 99. 38,5. 56,the R^2 and RMSEE of validation set were 98. 24,8. 18. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and non polluting,which can be used for the rapid content determination of diester-type alkaloid in Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata and its processed products.
