氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀对高血压患者糖脂代谢的影响

Effect of Amlodipine Combined with Atorvastatin on Glycolipid Metabolism in Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压的临床疗效,以及对患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取医院2015年8月至2016年7月收治的高血压患者80例,随机均分为研究组(氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗)和对照组(氨氯地平治疗)。结果治疗8周后,两组患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均显著下降(P<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)水平均下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高也不显著(P>0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压,可显著降低TC,TG及LDL-C水平,提高降压效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension and its effect on glycolipid metabolism in patients with hypertension. Methods Totally 80 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the study group（ amlodipine combined with atorvastatin） and the control group（ amlodipine）. Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP,TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）, and those in the study group was significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.After treatment, the levels of FBG, 2 h PG and Hb A1 C in the two groups were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）, but the difference was not significant（ P〈0. 05）. The increase of HDL-C was not significant in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with hypertension can significantly reduce the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C,and it can improve the antihypertensive effect.
