“双一流”建设背景下地方本科院校产教融合运行机制研究——以经管类专业为例

Research on Integration Between Industry and Education of Local Undergraduate Colleges under "Double First-class" Construction——Taking Economy and Administration Majors as examples

"双一流"建设对于地方本科院校来说是一把双刃剑,既为其带来了发展机会,也为其带来诸多挑战。地方本科院校面对"双一流"建设对其核心价值、办学定位、服务面向等带来的冲击,应保持清醒的头脑、审时度势、明确其办学定位,并认识到人才培养模式的改革是其应对诸多挑战的关键。文章以经管类专业为例,从人才培养目标、课程体系、实践教学模式、人才培养方式、评价体系方面探讨了地方院校产教融合人才培养模式改革。

＂Double first-class＂ construction is a double-edged sword for local universities, which brings both development opportunities and challenges. Facing with challenges brought by ＂double first-class＂ construction to its core values, school-running orientation, service orientation, local undergraduate colleges and universities should keep a clear head, assess the situation, clarify its school-running orientation, and realize the talents training mode reform is the key to deal with many challenges. Based on the specialties of Economy and Administration majors, this article discusses the Industry-education integration of local colleges and universities education personnel training mode reform, from the aspects of target of talent training, curriculum system, practical teaching mode,the talent training mode and evaluation system.
