高校思政工作视域下大学生工匠精神培育探析

Analysis of the Nurture of College Students' Craftsman's Spirit via Ideological Work in Colleges and Universities

在现阶段经济高速发展的大背景下,工匠精神被赋予了新的时代意义,其中的"追求卓越、崇尚质量"已经上升到全社会的价值导向和时代精神层面。高校应结合时代需求,将培养具有工匠精神的高素质人才作为重要的历史使命和社会责任。文章阐述了新时期高校思政工作视域下工匠精神的科学内涵,并从国家、高校、学生个人三个层面,分析了将培育大学生工匠精神融入思政工作,是新时期进一步加强和改进高校思政工作的时代要求。通过思政理论课程教学、学风建设、创新创业教育及实践育人等多方面入手,研究如何有效地培育大学生工匠精神。

In the present stage in the context of rapid economic development, the craftsman＇s spirit is endowed with new era meaning. Its ＂pursuit of excellence, advocating quality＂ has risen to the level of the value orientation of the whole society and the spirit of the time. Colleges and universities should combine the needs of the time and cultivate high-quality talents with craftsman＇s spirit as an important historical mission and social responsibility. This paper expounds the scientific connotation of ideological work in colleges and universities in the new period horizon, from three aspects： state, colleges and universities, and student individual. It analyzed the blend of the craftsman＇s spirit and cultivating college students＇ political education work, is to further strengthen and improve ideological work in universities in the new period of the time. Through ideological and political theory course teaching, study style construction, innovation and entrepreneurship education and practical education, this paper studies how to cultivate the craftsman＇s spirit effectively.
