With the developing of knowledge economy, Internet has overspread the civil life everywhere. The appearance of Massive Open Online Courses（MOOC） sets up a broad path for improving education system and it structures a new pattern of networking, digitizing, personalizing, as well as end-of-life education. The iterative developing of MOOC opens up a new angle of view for the reform of traditional education. Guided by the ＂Internet Plus Education＂ Age, the innovation and development of MOOC will certainly have a lot to do.
