提升高校教师教学能力的探索与实践

摘要 我们针对当前高校教师岗前培训不到位,有些教师综合素质有待提高的现状,致力于全面提升教师的教学能力,且经过长时间的探索,对教师的心理培训有了系统化的设计和方法。应当以课程开发作为抓点,两端是高校教师的职业能力和教学实施能力,将三者形象比喻为哑铃模式。根据教学的实际工作需求,通过借鉴多元化的学习理论和行动导向开发了高校优秀教师培训课程,涵盖了人才培养,课程开发,教师素质,教学管理,课堂教学等内容,根据高校教学的特点设立培训单元,并且利用丰富的案例开放网络课堂,目前已经取得了很多成就。在新形势的背景下高校教师培训在思路和方法上已经有了创新性的探索,且具备教学实用性和创新性,能够有效提高高校师资水平。 In view of the current situation that teachers' pre-job training is not in place, some teachers' comprehensive qualitiesneed to be improved. We are committed to improve teachers' teaching ability in an all-round way, and after a long exploration, wehavea systematic design and method for the psychological training of teachers. Curriculum development should be taken as a startingpoint. The two sides are the professional ability and teaching implementation ability of university teachers, and the image of the threeis compared to the dumbbell pattern. According to the actual needs of the teaching work, the training courses of excellent teachers incolleges and universities are developed by using a variety of learning theory and action guidance. It covers the training of talents,curriculum development, teachers' quality, teaching management, classroom teaching and so on. The training units are set up according to the characteristics of college teaching. Open network classroom with many case studies has madea lot of achievements. Underthe background of the new situation, the training of college teachers has been exploring innovative ideas and methods as well aspractical and innovative teaching, which in turn effectively improve the quality of teachers in colleges and universities.
