高职院校内部质量保障体系诊断与改进的若干思考

十八大以来,习近平总书记多次深入职业院校考察,并就职业教育做出重要批示、指示,对加快发展我国职业教育提出明确要求,强调要"高度重视、加快发展"。教育部先后出台文件要求职业院校建立内部质量保证体系诊断与改进制度。鉴于此,文章从高职院校内部保证体系构建的基本条件入手,通过对高职院校内部质量保证体系管理模式的探讨,提出对高职院校内部质量保证体系诊断与改进工作的若干思考。

Since the 18thCPC National Congress, Chairman Xi Jinping has made many visits to vocational colleges and made important instructions on vocational education. It has made clear requirements for the development of Vocational Education in China,emphasizing ＂high attention and fast development＂. The Ministry of Education has issued documents requiring vocational schools toestablish an internal quality assurance system diagnosis and improvement system. In view of this, the article starts with the basicconditions for the construction of the internal guarantee system in Higher Vocational Colleges and puts forward some thoughts on thediagnosis and improvement of the internal quality assurance system in Higher Vocational Colleges through the discussion of the management mode of the internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges.
