冠脉康颗粒对急性脑缺血小鼠脑组织炎症因子的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究冠脉康颗粒对急性脑缺血小鼠的作用,及对小鼠脑内相关炎症因子的影响。方法实验采用小鼠断头缺血模型,以小鼠张口呼吸次数和呼吸时间为指标,研究冠脉康颗粒抗急性脑缺血的作用;采用酶联免疫吸附法测定小鼠全脑IL-1β、TNF-α和PGE2的含量。结果冠脉康颗粒抗小鼠急性脑缺血表现为增加张口呼吸次数,延长呼吸时间。给药组小鼠全脑IL-1β和PGE2的含量明显降低。结论冠脉康颗粒抗急性脑缺血作用由炎症因子介导。 Objective To study the effect of Guanmai Kang granule(GMK) on acute cerebral ischemia in mice and the related inflammatory factors in the brain of mice. Methods In the experiment,the mouse ischemia model with broken head was used to study the effect of GM K on acute cerebral ischemia. The contents of IL-1β,TNF-α and PGE2 in the whole brain were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The effect of GM K on acute cerebral ischemia in mice was to increase the number of mouth breathing and prolong the time of respiration. The content of IL-1β and PGE2 in the whole brain of the mice was significantly decreased. Conclusion The effect of GM K on acute cerebral ischemia is mediated by inflammatory factors.
