补中益气汤联合西医疗法对改善子宫全切术患者盆底功能的临床分析

Clinical analysis of Bu Zhong Yi Qi decoction combined with western medicine in improving pelvic floor function of patients undergoing total hysterectomy

目的探讨补中益气汤联合西医疗法对改善子宫全切术患者盆底功能的临床效果。方法选取我院行子宫全切除术的患者94例,随机分为研究组和对照组各47例。对照组给予包括电刺激、生物反馈在内的西医治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合补中益气汤治疗。比较2组患者手术前后压力性尿失禁(SUI)发生率和盆底肌肌力。结果研究组疗程结束时、术后12个月SUI发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),盆底肌肌力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤联合西医疗法应用于子宫全切术患者效果显著,能有效降低SUI发生率,改善患者盆底肌肌力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction combined with western medicine on improving pelvic floor function in patients undergoing total hysterectomy. Methods 94 cases of total hysterectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,including electrical stimulation and biofeedback. The study group was treated with the combination of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction on the basis of the control group. The incidence of stress urinary incontinence（SUI）and pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups before and after operation. Results The incidence of SUI in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the end of the course of treatment and 12 months after the operation（P〈0.05）,and the muscle strength of the pelvic floor muscle was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Bu Zhong Yiqi Decoction combined with western medicine in total hysterectomy is significant, it can effectively reduce the incidence of SUI and improve the pelvic floor muscle strength of the patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
