信息支持联合活血控糖穴位按摩及足部行为干预对0级糖尿病足的影响研究

Effect of information support combined with activating blood and controlling glucose acupoint massage and foot behavioral intervention on 0 level diabetic foot

目的探讨信息支持联合活血控糖穴位按摩及足部行为干预对0级糖尿病足的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2017年7月—2018年2月期间收治的118例0级糖尿病足患者的临床资料,根据干预方式不同分为2组各59例。给予对照组常规干预,观察组在此基础上采取信息支持联合活血控糖穴位按摩及足部行为干预,对比2组患者临床效果、足部压力感觉阈值、足部疼痛麻木感及足部感觉神经传导速度。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,2组足部压力感觉阈值、VAS评分、正中神经及胫神经传导速度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组足部压力感觉阈值及VAS评分均明显改善,且观察组足部压力感觉阈值评分较对照组高,VAS评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,2组患者正中神经及胫神经传导速度均提升,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息支持联合活血控糖穴位按摩及足部行为干预可有效提升0级糖尿病足患者治疗效果,改善足部压力感觉阈值,减轻患者足部疼痛麻木感,提高足部感觉神经传导速度。

Objective Toinvestigate the effect ofinformation support combined with activatingblood and controllingglucose acupoint massage and foot behavioral intervention on 0 level diabetic foot. Methods The clinical data of 118 patients with 0 level diabetic foot in our hospital from July 2017 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided into two groups by intervention methods, with 59 cases in each group. Control group was given routine intervention, while observation group was given information support combined with activating blood and controlling glucose acupoint massage and foot behavioral intervention based on control group. The clinical effects, foot pressure perception threshold, foot pain numbness, conduction velocity of foot sensory nerve were compared between the two groups. Results The curative effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Before intervention, there was no statistical difference in the foot pressure perception threshold,VAS score, conduction velocity of median nerve and tibial nerve between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After intervention, the foot pressure perception threshold and VAS score of two groups improved, and the foot pressure perception threshold of observation group was higher than that of control group, while the VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.After intervention, the conduction velocity of median nerve and tibial nerve in two groups increased, and observation group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Information support combined with activating blood and controlling glucose acupoint massage and foot behavioral intervention for patients with 0 level diabetic foot can increase curative effects, improve foot pressure perception threshold, reduce foot pain numbness and improve conduction velocity of foot sensory nerve.
