摘要
介绍了二氧化锡电极的电阻率测试方法,实测了国产二氧化锡电极在使用前后电阻率的变化。发现使用后二氧化锡电极的电阻率会增大,XRD衍射以及电镜分析表明,使用后的电极其晶粒会随温度升高而增大,晶粒之间的晶界也变大,因而使电阻率增加。
In this paper,the testing method of resistivity of tin dioxide electrodes is introduced,and the variation of resistivity of domestic tin dioxide electrode before and after use is measured. Based on the characterization of X-ray diffraction and electron microscope analysis it is found that the resistivity of the used tin dioxide electrode increases. Once the electrode is used,the resistivity would increase with increasing of temperature because of the bigger crystal grains and broader grain boundary.
