摘要
在浮法玻璃生产中,玻璃液的均化质量是影响玻璃成品质量的重要因素之一。本文采用Fluent软件针对玻璃熔窑卡脖处垂直搅拌器的流场进行数值仿真分析,并且根据菲克扩散方程针对两种常用的垂直搅拌器转向布置的流场进行详细对比分析,为高铝玻璃和超薄玻璃的生产实践提供了技术指导。
In the float glass production,the homogenization of the glass melt in furnace plays an important role on the quality of the glass product. In this paper,the flow field of the vertical stirrer in the neck of glass furnace was simulated by using Fluent software. Detailed contrastive analysis of flow field for the common vertical stirrers with two different rotation directions was conducted based on the Fick diffusion equation. It would provide technical guidance for the production of high-alumina float glass and ultra-thin float glass.
