摘要 采用SEM、XRD、网络分析仪等分析测试手段研究了ZrO_2含量对CBS/ZrO_2复合陶瓷结构与性能的影响。研究结构表明:随着ZrO_2量的增加,CBS/ZrO_2复合陶瓷的介电常数先增加后降低,介电损耗先降低后增加;ZrO_2量为25%时,CBS/ZrO_2复合陶瓷的介电常数达到最高为7.81,密度最大达到3.144g/cm3;ZrO_2量为15%时,CBS/ZrO_2复合陶瓷介电损耗最低为1.55×10^(-3)。CBS玻璃烧结后主要晶相为CaSiO3,CBS/ZrO_2复合陶瓷主要晶相为CaSiO3和ZrO_2。 The influence of ZrO_2 content on the microstructures and properties of CBS glass/ZrO_2 ceramic composites was studied by using SEM,XRD,network analyzer,etc. The results show that with increasing of ZrO_2 content,the dielectric constant of the CBS glass/ZrO_2 ceramic composites increases first and then decreases,and the dielectric loss decreases first and then increases. The dielectric constant of the composites is as high as 7.81 and the density reaches up to 3.144 g/cm^3 when the amount of ZrO_2 is 25%. While the amount of ZrO_2 is 15%,the dielectric loss decreases to the minimum value1.55×10^(-3). The main crystalline phase of the CBS glass after sintering is CaSiO_3,and the crystalline phases of the CBS glass/ZrO_2 composites after sintering are CaSiO_3 and ZrO_2.
