摘要
新时代人力资源管理与实体经济协同发展具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。新时代中国特色社会主义的实体经济发展,要求必须在人力资源的数量和素质构成等方面满足传统产业优化升级和战略性新兴产业发展的需要。与新时代实体经济的发展要求相比,目前的人力资源供给与现代经济产业发展不协同,人力资源管理与实体经济企业发展不协同,人力资源管理与实体经济产品创新不协同。因此,必须充分认识和理解现实存在的差距,既要在国家和社会层面统筹实现全社会人力资源规划与实体经济协同发展,还要大力弘扬企业家精神、技术创新精神和现代工匠精神,在企业层面实现内部人力资源管理机制与实体经济协同发展。
The cooperative development of human resource management and real economy is of great theoretical and practical significance in the new era. The development of the real economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era requires that we must meet the needs of the upgrading and upgrading of traditional industries and the development of strategic emerging industries in terms of the quantity and quality of human resources.
