高水平运动员的成长是一个复杂的培养过程,提出对运动员进行艺术教育的全新培养模式有利于提高竞赛成绩与提升运动员综合素质两者的有机结合,优化运动员作为体育强国形象代表的展示。以竞技体育的人本主义价值观为出发点,运用艺术教育的审美效应,从深化美学认知、提高技能水平、调整赛前状态以及促进竞技体育的可持续发展等多个维度进行探讨,论证艺术教育对促进高水平运动员全面发展的重要意义与作用。

The growth of high level athletes is a complex training process. This paper puts forwthe athletes to carry out art education,which is beneficial to improve the organic combination of the competition perform-ance and the overall quality of the athletes, and to optimize the display of power. Taing the humanistic values of competitive sports as the starting point and tion ,this paper discusses the importance of deepening aesthetic cognition, improving skill level, adjupromoting the sustainable development of competitive sports,and demonstrates the significanpromoting the all-round development of high-level athletes.
