摘要
以2-羰基丙酸-4-硝基苯甲酰腙、1,10-菲啰啉为配体,在水-乙醇混合溶液中与硝酸镨反应,制备出镨与2-羰基丙酸-4-硝基苯甲酰腙和1,10-菲啰啉的混配体配合物。采用红外光谱和热重分析等方法对其组成和结构进行表征。以紫外可见分光光度法测试了在25℃和37℃时,配合物与牛血清蛋白(BSA)的相互作用,计算了配合物与BSA的结合常数,考查了铜离子对配合物与BSA结合常数的影响,分析了配合物与BSA相互作用的作用力类型。结果表明,在25℃和37℃下,镨配合物与BSA的结合常数分别为3.19×10~6L·mol^(-1)、3.48×10~6L·mol^(-1),铜离子存在会影响配合物与BSA的结合能力;热力学分析表明,配合物与BSA之间的作用力以疏水作用为主。
The title complex was obtained by reactions of 2 -carbonyl propionate -4 - nitrobenzene hydrazone, 1,10-phenanthroline and Pr (NO3)3 and characterized by IR and TG methods. The interaction between the complex and Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) was measured by UV-vis. The binding constants at 25℃ and 37℃ of the complex and BSA were calculated. The effects of copper ions on the binding constants were examined, and the types of interaction between the complex and BSA were analyzed. The results showed that the binding constants of praseodymium complex and BSA at 25 and 37℃ were 3.19 × 10^6 L·mol^ -1 and 3.48 ×10^6 L·mol^ -1 respectively. Thermodynamic analysis showed that the interaction between the complex and BSA was mainly hydrophobic, and copper ions could decrease the binding ability
of the complex with BSA.
