高等院校教育资金筹集引入PPP模式的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis on the PPP Mode Introduced into the Collection of Education Funds in Colleges

目前,我国高等院校在资金筹集方面存在资金来源结构不合理、资金管理方式不规范和资金使用效率不高等问题。在我国高等院校教育资金筹集过程中引入PPP模式有优势也有劣势,有机遇也有挑战。面对问题和挑战,政府应强化政策支持,落实法律保障;高校应创新融资方式,拓宽筹资渠道。

Nowadays, colleges in China show various problems in collecting funds, including, source structure being not reasonable, management being not normative, application being not efficient, and so on. During the course of the collecting education funds for colleges, the introduction of PPP mode not only shows both advantages and disadvantages, but also is faced with both opportunities and challenges. In order to deal with the opportunities and challenges, government should enhance support in policies, conduct guarantee in law, while college authorities should innovate modes for applying the funds and broaden channels to collect the funds.
