高师生作为未来的人民教师,其创新能力的培养直接关系和影响着中小学生创新能力的发展。在创新视角下高师生培养应创新实践课程教学体系建设,创新高师教育教学内容,增强高师生教师职业技能训练,重视实践性知识的学习,增创实践教学情境、加强高师院校与基础教育的衔接,加强对教育见习、教育实习的组织和管理,向管理要实效。

As the future teachers,the students of higher normal university have a direct relationship and influence to the development of the innovation ability of primary and middle school students.Under the perspective of innovation,the cultivation of students of higher normal university should innovate both the construction of practical curriculum system and the teaching content of higher normal education,enhance teacher＇s vocational skills training,emphasize practical knowledge learning,strengthen the practical teaching situation,enhance the organization of educational practice management effectively,meet the actual needs of elementary education,train and deliver high quality teachers for elementary education,and improve the quality of national education.
