城市周边永久基本农田布局合理性评价——以重庆市北碚区为例

On the Rationality of Permanent Prime Cropland in Peri-urban Areas——A Case Study of Beibei District in Chongqing

为科学地探讨城市周边永久基本农田布局的合理性,本文以重庆市北碚区为研究区,从基本农田布局的适宜性和协调性两个方面建立综合评价体系,采用互斥矩阵分类法,将北碚区城市周边永久基本农田布局划分为5类:高度合理区、一般合理区、保留发展区、缩减调出区和不合理区,分别占总面积的19.11%,41.98%,27.36%,9.21%,2.34%,总体布局较为合理,并针对不同类型的区域提出了有效的管理措施.

To evaluate the rationality of the permanent prime cropland layouts in the peri-urban areas scientifically,with Beibei District,Chongqing,as an example,a comprehensive evaluation system has been established on the basis of the suitability and coordination of prime cropland layouts.The mutual exclusion matrix classification has been conducted to divide the permanent prime cropland layouts in the peri-urban areas of the Beibei into five categories：completely area;general rational area;development area;reduction area and unreasonable area（19.11%,41.98%,27.36%,9.21% and 27.36% of the total area of basic farmland,respectively）.This overall layout has reasonable and consequently been recommended relevant and effective management strategy for the demarcation of different basic farmlands.Our research provided practical research methods for the demarcation and latter evaluation of permanent basic farmland in the peri-urban areas,and thus provided a reference to promote the coordinated development of prime cropland and urban construction.
