This paper briefly introduces the upgrade and transformation of 25 MN copper extruder pump station when it is moved for overhaul. After reasonable selection and rearrangement of the hydraulic pump,the equipment defects are solved and the performance is improved. The reformed pump station runs well and meets the design and use requirements.
