湖州市超龄劳动者就业与劳动权益保障问题研究

The Research of the Problem,Causes and Countermeasures of Protection for the Overage Laborers' Right and Interest in Huzhou

超龄劳动者是就业大军中的一支重要力量,保障其劳动权益是促进社会公平正义与和谐稳定的重要一环。课题组通过问卷发放、实地走访、专家座谈等多种形式,对湖州市超龄劳动者劳动权益保障的问题、原因与应对策略进行专项调查。在此基础上,从政府加强公共服务、企业合理规避风险及超龄劳动者不断提高自身技能素养等方面,探讨有效保障超龄劳动者劳动权益的切实路径。

Overage laborers are an important force in the workforce,and the protection of labor rights and interests is an important link to promote social fairness,justice,harmony and stability.The special investigation is carried out on the protection of overage laborers＇ rights and interests on the problems,reasons and countermeasures in Huzhou City through questionnaires,field visits,expert seminars and other forms.On this basis,the effective protection path of overage laborers＇ rights and interest is discussed from the aspects of strengthening the public service by the government,clarifying the rights and obligations of the enterprises and continuously improving overage laborers＇ own quality.
