妊娠高血压综合征的产科临床治疗效果研究

Study on clinical treatment effect of PIH in obstetrics

目的:探讨妊娠高血压综合征产科的临床治疗方法及临床效果分析。方法:将山东省临沂市河东区人民医院2017年1月至2017年12月就诊的88例妊娠高血压综合征患者随机分为对照组和研究组,44例每组;对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,研究组应用硝苯地平控释片、酚妥拉明和硫酸镁进行联合治疗;并分别比较分析两组临床治疗效果、妊娠结局及并发症发生率。结果:对照组总有效率为75.0%;而在研究组总有效率为88.6%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05)。对照组剖宫产率为61.3%、顺产率为9.0%、产后出血率为27.3%,而研究组剖宫产率为11.34%、顺产率为18.2%、产后出血率为20.5%。结论:硝苯地平控释片、酚妥拉明和硫酸镁进行联合应用在妊娠高血压综合征患者中得到了较好的应用,提高了临床治疗效果、改善了妊娠结局、减少了并发症的发生,在临床中具有较好的应用价值。

Objective：To investigate the clinical treatment and clinical effect of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods：Hedong District People＇s Hospital in January 2017 to December 2017 for treatment of 88 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients were randomly divided intoa control group and a study group,44 cases in each group;the control group was given the treatment of Magnesium Sulfate,Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets,the study group used phentolamine and Magnesium Sulfate combined therapy compare clinical analysis the effect of two groups,pregnancy outcome and complication rate.Results：the total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%,while the total effective rate in the experimental group was 88.6%,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05）.The control group had 61.3% cesarean section rate,9.0% spontaneous labor rate and 27.3% postpartum hemorrhage rate,while the cesarean section rate,cesarean section rate 11.34%,the rate of spontaneous labor 18.2% and postpartum 20.5% were the test group.Conclusion：Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets,Magnesium Sulfate and phentolamine combined application in pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients get better application,improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the outcome of pregnancy and reduce the incidence of complications,with the promotion and application in clinical value.
