弥漫间质性肺疾病患者支气管肺泡灌洗液及血清炎症介质表达的研究

Study on the expression of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum inflammatory mediators of patients with diffuse interstitial lung disease

目的研究与分析弥漫间质性肺疾病患者支气管肺泡灌洗液及血清炎症介质的表达水平。方法选取2009年12月~2017年10月本院诊治的96例弥漫间质性肺疾病患者作为观察组,选取同期的96例健康者作为对照组。比较两组及观察组中不同分期者支气管肺泡灌洗液及血清炎症介质的表达水平,以Logistic回归分析检测指标与弥漫间质性肺疾病的关系。结果观察组的支气管肺泡灌洗液及血清炎症介质表达水平均高于对照组,观察组中分期较高患者的表达水平均高于分期较低者(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,上述指标均与弥漫间质性肺疾病有密切的关系(P<0.05)。结论弥漫间质性肺疾病患者的支气管肺泡灌洗液及血清炎症介质表达水平较高,且不同分期者的差异显著,可作为疾病诊治的参考指标。

Objective To study and analyze the expression levels of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum inflammatory mediators of patients with diffuse interstitial lung disease.Methods A total of 96 patients with diffuse interstitial lung disease in our hospital from December 2009 to October 2017 were selected as the observation group,96 healthy persons at the same time were selected as the control group.Then the expression levels of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum inflammatory mediators of two groups and observation group with different stages were compared,then the relationship between the detection indexes and diffuse interstitial lung disease were analyzed by the Logistic analysis.Results The expression levels of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum inflammatory mediators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the expression levels of the observation group with higher stages were higher than those of patients with lower stages（P〈0.05）.Logistic analysis showed those mediators all had close relationship to the diffuse interstitial lung disease（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression levels of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum inflammatory mediators of patients with diffuse interstitial lung disease are higher,and differences of patients with different stages are significant,so they can be as the reference indexes for diagnosis and treatment of disease.
