经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的应用效果观察

Application effect observation of percutaneous vertebroplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic spinal fractures in the elderly

目的探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的应用效果。方法筛选我科2015年6月~2016年12月收治的100例老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者,按照随机数字表法将其分成保守组与手术组,每组各50例。保守组应用保守治疗,手术组应用经皮椎体成形术治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床效果、疼痛程度以及骨密度。结果手术组治疗后的总有效率为92.00%,高于保守组(78.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的VAS评分均低于治疗前,且手术组低于保守组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术组治疗后24、48周的骨密度均大于保守组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的应用效果理想,患者疼痛明显减轻,骨密度明显改善,值得临床推行与应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty on elderly osteoporotic spinal fractures.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures admitted to our department from June 2015 to December 2016 were divided into conservative group and surgical group according to a random number table method,50 patients in each group.In the conservative group,conservative treatment was used,while in the latter,percutaneous vertebroplasty was performed.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,and bone mineral density（BMD） were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The total effectiveness rate after treatment in the surgical group was92.00%,higher than that in the conservative group accounting for 78.00% with a statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The visual analogue scale（VAS） scores after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment,and VAS score in the surgical group was lower compared with that in the conservative group with a significant difference（P〈0.05）.The BMD in the surgical group 24 and 48 week after treatment was greater than that in the conservative group with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic spinal fractures in the elderly can obtain a favorable effect by effectively relieving pain and improving BMD,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
