Objective To investigate the influence analysis of cold pressurization on pain and rehabilitation after knee joint replacement. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 patients undergoing knee replacement surgery in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 was carried out.According to different nursing measures, they were divided into two groups:pressurized cold therapy group and routine group,50 cases in each group. In the routine group, ice compress nursing was used after surgey, while in the pressurized cold therapy group, pressurized cold nursing was adopted. The postoperative pain VAS scores, drainage volume and knee functional grading were performed with statistical analysis. Results The pain VAS scores in the pressurized cold therapy group were all lower than those in the routine group at12,24,and 48 h after operation with statistical differences(P〈0.05).The drainage volume at 12,24,and 48 h after operation in the pressurized cold therapy group was lesser than those in the routine group, with statistical differences(P〈0.05).The excellent and good rate in functional knee joint grading in the pressurized cold therapy group was higher than that in the routine group with statistical differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion Pressurized cold nursing can effectively relieve pain, reduce drainage, and improve knee joint function after knee joint replacement, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
