家庭医生签约服务模式对高血压患者健康管理的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨家庭医生签约服务模式对高血压患者血压及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年7月~2017年1月厦门湖里区湖里街道社区卫生服务中心80例高血压患者,采用信封式随机将其分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理管理,试验组在对照组基础上行家庭医生签约服务模式。分别于患者入组时及干预6个月后,观察两组患者血压、生活质量及满意度评价情况。结果两组患者干预前的血压值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的血压值均低于干预前,且研究组患者的血压值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者干预后的生存质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者干预后的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭医生签约服务模式可降低社区高血压患者的血压,改善其生活质量,提高其满意度。 Objective To evaluate the effect of family doctors′ contract-signing services model on blood pressure and life quality of patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods From July 2016 to January 2017,80 patients with hypertension in the community health service center of Huli street in Huli district of Xiamen were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 40 patients in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing management,while the experimental group went up to the family doctor signing service mode on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure,quality of life and satisfaction evaluation of the two groups were observed respectively when the patients entered the group and 6 months after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before intervention(P〈0.05).After the intervention,the blood pressure of the two groups of patients was lower than that before the intervention, and the blood pressure of the patients in the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The quality of life scores of patients in the study group after intervention were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the study group after intervention was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Family doctor contracted service model can lower the blood pressure, effectively improve the life quality of patients with EH and promote the satisfaction of patients.
