达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良作用机理研究

Study on the Mechanism of Dalitong Granule in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的:利用药理学手段研究达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的疗效及机制。方法:进行了达立通颗粒对小鼠小肠推进运动的作用、对豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌及大鼠离体胃底平滑肌条的影响、对大鼠胃电活动的作用、对功能性消化不良大鼠的作用研究。结果:达立通颗粒能促进肠运动、对硫酸阿托品抑制平滑肌的作用有明显的对抗作用、同时能增加胃动素释放和胃电活动等。结论:达立通颗粒具有治疗功能性消化不良的作用。

Objective： To study the pharmacological means through Dalitong granule effect and mechanism of the treatment of functional dyspepsia particles. Methods： The action of Dalitong granule movement of small intestine propulsion in mice,intestinal propulsion effect on isolated guinea pig ileum smooth muscle and the effect of isolated rat gastric muscle strips of rats,gastric electrical activity of functional dyspepsia rats research. Results： Dalitong granule can promote the intestinal movement,inhibition of smooth muscle function has obvious antagonistic effec,also can increase the release of motilin and gastric electrical activity etc. Conclusion： Dalitong granule has the function of the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
