摘要
目的:对11批人参须药材重金属残留量进行测定。方法:依据2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》通则2321:铅、镉、砷、汞、铜测定法项下,对铅、镉、砷、汞、铜的残留量进行了测定。结果:通过对铅、镉、砷、汞、铜5种重金属元素检测及方法学考察,结果合理有效,标准曲线的线性相关系数均大于0.995,平均加样回收率分别为107%、81%、88%、80%和78%。11批样品的重金属残留量均在限度范围内。结论:本研究中所用的人参须药材重金属及有害元素污染程度较低,安全性相对较好。
Objective: To determine the residue of heavy metals in Ginseng Leptoradix. Methods: According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia( CP) 2015. Determination the residue of Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu. Results: The results were reasonable and effective through the detection and methodological study of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu. The linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0. 995. The average recoveries were 107% 、81% 、88% 、80% 、78%. The heavy metal residues of 11 batches of samples are within limits. Conclusion: The sample in this reach is lower level of heavy metal pollution and harmful elements,security is relatively well.
