丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀对脑梗死患者侧支循环建立及神经功能的影响

Effect of Butyphthalide Combined with Atorvastatin on Collateral Circulation Establishment and Nerve Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀对脑梗死患者侧支循环建立及神经功能的影响。方法:选择本院2015年9月至2017年4月收治的脑梗死患者100例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,各50例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,在此基础上给予观察组丁苯酞治疗,比较两组临床疗效、侧支循环血流速度、神经功能及生活自理能力。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、MCA血流速度、BI评分较对照组高,NIHSS评分、PCA、ACA血流速度较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀可提高脑梗死临床疗效,改善侧支血流循环,减轻神经功能损伤,提高生活自理能力。

Objective： To investigate the effect of butyphthalide combined with atorvastatin on collateral circulation establishment and nerve function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods： 100 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from September 2015 to April 2017 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,50 cases in each group. Control group was given atorvastatin,while observation group was treated with butyphthalide based on control group. The clinical efficacy,blood flow velocity of collateral circulation,nerve function and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment the total effective rate,MCA blood flow velocity,BI score in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the NIHSS score,PCA and ACA blood flow velocity in observation group were lower than those in control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Butyphthalide combined with atorvastatin in treatment of cerebral infarction can increase clinical efficacy,improve blood flow velocity of collateral circulation,reduce nerve function injury and increase activities of daily living.
