Analysis and discussion on the big data of China PSC inspection

文中通过对近年来中国实施港口国监督检查记录的两万余艘次船舶检查数据进行仔细研究,提出以船舶营运周期为时间基准轴,对涉及船舶安全与防污染及体系运行相关的缺陷率和滞留率分布情况进行大数据分析,探索分布规律,并提出船舶安全监督相关建议。

The paper makes detailed research on the data on the PSC inspection of over 20,000 ships conducted by China in the recent years. It suggests the big data analysis and distribution law investigation on the deficiency rate and detention rate distribution concerning ship safety and pollution prevision as well as ship and company safety management system, taking the ship operation cycle as the timeline. It also proposes suggestions on ship safety control.
