摘要
下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)是创伤骨折患者严重并发症之一。下肢DVT是一个复杂的病理生理过程,涉及外周理化刺激、信号传导、中枢响应和神经冲动下传以及血液系统反应等环节。经长期临床观察和初期研究,本课题组发现下肢DVT的调控关键在中枢神经系统。
