摘要
5-氯-2-氟-4-(三氟甲基)苯胺是一种具有较高应用价值的含氟芳香类有机中间体,是生产一些农药的关键中间体。以5-氯-2-氟苯胺为起始原料,经碘代、乙酰化保护、三氟甲基化和脱乙酰化4步反应,以较高收率得到了5-氯-2-氟-4-(三氟甲基)苯胺中间体。合成过程中所得产物均经1H-NMR确定其结构。该方法原料廉价易得、操作简单、收率较高,具有潜在的开发应用价值。
5-chloro-2-fluoro-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzenamine is an important organic intermediate of producing some high effective pesticides containing fluorine.It was prepared by 5-chloro-2-fluorobenzenamine as a raw material with a higher yield through four steps(iodination,acetylation,trifluoromethylation and deacetylation).The structure of synthetic products was determined by 1H-NMR.This synthetic route is characteristic of cheap materials,simple operation and good yield,which has potential development and application value.
