丝线虚挂治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of silk thread hanging in the treatment of complex anal fistula

目的探讨丝线虚挂治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年3月—2018年3月收治的复杂性肛瘘患者78例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例,对照组采用切开挂线术治疗,治疗组采用丝线虚挂法治疗。比较2组患者生活质量评分以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组患者情感功能、生理功能、社会功能、肛门括约肌功能以及总分均有明显提高,其中治疗组各项指标均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组痊愈率为79.48%,明显高于对照组的56.41%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论丝线虚挂法治疗复杂性肛瘘的疗效确切,可明显提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of silk thread hanging in the treatment of complex anal fistula.Methods 78 cases of complicated anal fistula treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,39 cases each.The control group was treated by incision and hanging line, and the treatment group was treated with silk thread.The quality of life score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the emotional function, physiological function, social function, anal sphincter function and total score of the two groups were obviously improved, and the indexes of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The healing rate of the treatment group was 79.48%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（56.41%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Silk thread hanging method is effective in treating complex anal fistula, and it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of popularization and application.
