摘要 通过查阅文献获取国内16种气体分馏装置的原料组成,利用Aspen HYSYS进行装置全流程模拟计算,对文献所提出的气体分馏装置双塔流程可行性进行进一步的验证和探讨,验证了文献中结论的准确性,但是其忽略了原料中水质量分数对双塔流程中产品的质量的影响,通过分析发现,原料中的水质量分数对于双塔流程的产品质量影响非常关键,仅当原料中水质量分数小于20 mg/kg时,双塔流程方可适用。鉴于双塔流程对于原料中的C2及水质量分数要求苛刻,取消脱乙烷塔后,对产品的质量缺乏有效的调节手段,因此,在实际中,气体分馏装置不宜采用的双塔流程运行和改造。 Domestic 16 kinds of compositions of LPG from FCC were obtained through the literatures. The conclusions proposed in literature were further proved and discussed about gas fractionation unit with double columns process through simulation calculation by Aspen HYSYS. The simulation result was consistent with that of the literature,but it ignored the influence of H2O mass fraction in feed on product quality in double columns process. Through the analysis,it was found that the H2O mass fraction was very important to the product quality.The double columns process can apply only when the water mass fraction of feed is less than 20 mg/kg. Based on the double columns process demanding rigorous mass fraction of C2 and H2O in the feed,effective means of regulating the quality of the products lacks after removing the deethanizer column. Therefore,the gas fractionation unit of double columns process operation and transformation is not recommended in actual.
