长春西汀联合曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究长春西汀联合曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取我院急诊科收治的82例急性脑梗死患者,按照治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,各41例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用长春西汀治疗,研究组采用长春西汀联合曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的日常生活能力评分及神经功能缺损评分均显著改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论长春西汀联合曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,可改善患者日常生活能力与神经功能,不良反应少,值得推广应用。 Objective To study the clinical effect of vinpocetine combined with troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction who admitted to the emergency department of our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to treatment methods, with 41 cases in each groups. Both groups were given conventional treatment. On the basis of this, the control group was treated with vinpocetine, while the study group was treated with vinpocetine and troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate. The treatment effects of both groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of daily living ability and neurological deficit of the two groups significantly improved, and those of the study group were superior to the control group(P 0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P 0.05). Conclusion Vinpocetine combined with troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has significant efficacy, which can improve the daily living ability and neurological deficit of patients,with few adverse reactions, it is worthy of popularization and application.
